Don’t expose yourself to the sun. Remember that the procedure must be performed on a healthy scalp. If you expose yourself directly to the sun, irritation and burns may occur.
Follow the doctor’s instructions and tell him/her your health history and if you take daily, weekly or monthly medications.
Do not take blood-thinning pills, such as aspirin. Blood thinning medications interfere with the procedure and increase the risk of bleeding.

- The Procedure
